On a multicultural campus, connection and misunderstanding often coexist.
This talk explores how microaggressions and otherness emerge in everyday interactions—not to assign blame, but to invite reflection on how awareness and empathy may transform tension into understanding, and difference into connection.
在多元文化的校園裡，連結與誤解時常並存。
本講座將探討微歧視與他者化如何在日常互動中出現——
目的並非指責，而是邀請我們反思：如何透過覺察與同理，將關係間的緊張化為理解，並使差異成為連結的契機。
