Requirement/Grading


  • ž  The classes will have a strict requirement on the required reading to facilitate in-class discussion.




  • ž  The grade is determined by a short article presentation. The topic of the presentation should be related to the contents of our class syllabus.




  • ž  Regular class attendance is expected and will be taken into account in the final grading.




  • ž  Extra bonus will be given for creative performance in class discussion.





Mid-term oral presentation: 20%



Final oral presentation: 20%



Final Paper: 40% (3,000 words)



Course Participation & Discussion: 20%



This course allows the use of generative AI. However, for the final assignment, the use of generative AI is only permitted for grammar checking and text corrections!
