Requirement/Grading

ASSESSMENT COMPONENT

This course is evaluated on a pass/non-pass basis. Students are highly recommended only to take the course while they secure the internship positions before the add/drop week. If a student does not complete the internship within this semester, he/she will receive an "incomplete" mark on the transcript. The grades will be determined based on the quality of the internship work, the evaluation of the student's internship supervisor, and the depth of the final internship report.

Internship period:

Domestic Internship B (2 credits) is generally around 160-200 hours for internship working time. The internship will be declared ineligible if a student worked fewer hours than specified. Using a part-time job as an internship is not allowed. The internship organizations also do not include students currently employed full-time or part-time. The students must fulfill the internship requirements in the selected workplace and be evaluated by the internship mentors. If the internship job is paid, the subsidized amount will be reduced.

In addition to the organizational mentors’ evaluation forms, students must complete the internship presentations and final reports for this required course.
