20 points: Speech natural and continuous; no unnatural pauses



18 points: Speech generally natural and continuous; only slight stumbling or unnatural pauses



16 points: Definite stumbling, but a student manages to rephrase or continue



12 points: Speech frequently hesitant and jerky; sentences may be left uncompleted



 



Vocabularies:



20 points: Uses vocabulary very accurately and extensively (for given levels)



18 points: Uses range of vocabulary accurately



16 points: Occasionally lacks needed words; predominantly accurate usage



12 points: Frequently lacks needed words; frequent inaccurate usage



 



Structure:



20 points: Vocal expression almost always correct



18 points: Most vocal expressions correct; some minor structural errors



16 points : Many vocal expressions correct; some significant structural errors

Comprehensibility:

Regular class attendance is a student obligation. Students are responsible for all of their work, including tests, and written work. If a student misses three or more consecutive class meetings is required to take an additional test from the missed classes.
