Requirement/Grading

This class will be conducted in English.



Individual or group presentation and discussion of readings will be carried out every week.



Students are expected to work on a proposed research topic as a final paper which includes the contents of an in-class project on designing vocabulary activities. Discussion of problems and progress of research will also be carried out.



Grades:



Group work (10%)



Project of vocabulary activities (20%) (Vocabulary activities + Two mini teaching sessions)



Contribution to discussion (10%)



Presentations (10%)



Final paper (50%)



A final paper consists of either (a) a complete lesson plan and a draft of teaching designs for undergraduate students, or (b) a research-based paper. Both options must include the vocabulary activities presented in class.
