  1. Attendance & Participation 30%



 



The various in-class activities will include case discussion, in class exercise, workshop, class participation, and peer review. Students who are unable to attend class should please apply for a leave of absence in advance.



 




  1. Case Study 10%



The case study reports are group assignments to train the students’ analytical skills of innovation management and digital transformation business cases. 3-4 questions shall be answered for each case. It should be a maximum of 2-pages, 12points Times New Roman/Arial, double-spaced.



 




  1.  Midterm Examination – 30%



The midterm examination is an in-class quiz to evaluate the students’ knowledge and understanding about innovation management and digital transformation.



The midterm examination comprises of true and false questions as well as open questions based on mini case analysis.



 




  1. Final Paper - 30%



The final paper is a group assignment to understand the students’ knowledge about innovation management and digital transformation. Each group shall write and present a short review paper about an initiative regarding innovation management and/or digital transformation. This assignment should include the concepts from previous lessons, including the challenges faced in the innovation and digital transformation implementation, the implementation steps, the benefits of the innovation and digital transformation project and the students’ comments about the project.



It should be a maximum of 5-pages, 12points Times New Roman/Arial, double-spaced.
