The first part of the class will be lecture-giving. Guest lecturers from Europe specialized on the topics are integrated in the course. The last 2 weeks will be group presentations by students. Each group is required to select one topic that tackles EU's external relations with one specific actor in the IR, e.g. states, IGOs, NGOs, etc. The presentation will be a situation analysis of the chosen topic, using IR theoretical approaches to test the hypothesis and to present probable developments.  Throughout the semester, students’ active participations are expected.
