The first part of the class will be lecture-giving. From week 8 to week 16, there will be 9 topics for discussion, each covering one special relation of the EU with another actor. Each topic discussion will be divided into 3 sessions: the first session will be the introduction of the issue, the second session will be a seminar of the given topic presented by students, and third session will be in-depth discussions of the presentation and the reading. Throughout the semester, students’ active participations are expected. By the end of the semester, students are required to hand in one paper on her/his selected issue.
