The exam (25%): tests your understanding of the main philosophical debates on the basis and understanding of human right (right to education) and on the main elements of human right (right to education) systems and mechanisms.



The group exercise (25%): requires you to work in a small group at preparing each assigned topic.



Reflective final paper and oral presentation(30%): asks you to write an original essay on “The Future of Right to Education:  Challenges and Opportunities Ahead.”  This paper should make use of course readings, utilize a proper citation format and bibliography, and demonstrate original thought and good paper-writing skills. This paper, which should be a solid 5 pages in length, is due at the beginning of the last class.
