Midterm Report* 30%, Final Exam* 30%, in-class discussion* 20% (0 is graded if no show or not follow the weekly required reading); Quizs* 20% (2 in-class quizs subject to class progress, students should attend at least one quiz to pass the minimum requirement to attend the final exam.)



*There are no make-up exams for quiz and final, and late mid-term report will not be graded. If you cannot attend the exam, not take this course.



*Since the classes will center on discussion rather than regular lecture, participation is essential and encouraged while students are expected to come fully prepared.



* Topic and case study associated with midterm report will be announced in-class.
