COURSE REQUIREMENTS



Students in this course are expected to:




  • preview all required reading assignments (from textbook or any supplementary readings);

  • attend classes punctually (attendance WILL count!);

  • actively participate in all activities held in class;

  • hand in writing homework assignments on time (no late turn-in is accepted);

  • attend Midterm and Final examinations.

  1. Attendance will be recorded in every class, when possible. Any absence will be counted against your attendance records unless a leave is arranged before hand via phone or e-mail.

  2. Class participation refers to your active involvement in the class activities, especially your voluntary work.

  3. Quizzes will be given on an irregular basis without advance notice. No make-up quizzes are allowed; however, with proper leave of absence, missed quizzes will be excused.
