Requirement/Grading

We will have 6 problem sets, 2 midterm exams (1.5 hours each) and a final exam (2 hours). There will be no make-up exam unless you have a legit reason (ask me to see if it is legit).

The grading breakdown:

Class participation: 5%

Homework: 15%

Midterm 1&2: 25% each

Final: 30%

Note:

All grades will be curved. If we don't have a TA, then I will reduce the weight of homework to 5% and distribute those 10% to midterms evenly.

Textbook & Reference

Textbook:

Jordan, Westerfield, Ross, Wong and Wong (2017) Essentials of Corporate Finance, 9th Edition.
