1. Two short quizzes (20%; each 10%): You will be asked to identity key terms and concepts from assigned readings. These quizzes will be open-book tests.


2. Mid-Term Exam (30%) and Final Exam (50%): You will be asked to identify key terms, explain important concepts, and answer short essay questions, displaying your understanding of lecture and course materials, including assigned readings and films. The final examination is cumulative. These exams will be open-book tests.
