Urls about Course
Online Resources There are translated texts of the Qur??n available online and other useful databases. As translation itself is a process of interpretation, students are advised to refer to the original text when using translations. Translations: https://quran.com http://www.wright-house.com/religions/islam/Quran.html https://archive.org/details/QuranAJArberry https://archive.org/details/TheKoranTranslatedByGeorgeSale Databases: http://corpuscoranicum.de/index/einleitung/sure/1/vers/1 http://www.altafsir.com http://www.euppublishing.com/loi/jqs The web does tend to invite rather uncritical, superficial, and passive reading. Read it as critically as you would a printed text and always consider the credibility of the source. It cannot be over-emphasized that information and ideas derived from research on the web must be properly referenced and that copying and pasting from the web into your work is plagiarism and will be taken very seriously indeed by the University authorities.
