2. 候選人簡報 20 分鐘。
The candidate's presentation will last for 20 minutes.
3. 意見交流（20 分鐘）：
Q&A and Discussion (20 minutes):
o 教職員生統問（5 分鐘）： 每位提問人提問時間至多 1 分鐘，時間屆滿應即結束發言。
Questions from Faculty, Staff, and Students (5 mins): Each questioner is limited to a maximum of 1 minute.
Remarks must conclude immediately when time is up.
o 候選人統答（15 分鐘）： 時間屆滿候選人應即結束發言。另統答後若仍有剩餘時間，則可再進行問答；如現場與會人員無再有提問，則提前結束。
Response from the Candidate (15 mins): The candidate must conclude their remarks immediately when time is up. If there is remaining time after the response, further Q&A may proceed. If there are no further questions from the audience, the hearing will conclude early.
