演講主題:串流與全球化下的電視媒介變遷
Understanding television in the era of streaming and globalisation
•內容:This talk explores how the meaning of “watching television” has changed in the age of streaming. As audiences now access content across multiple devices and platforms, television is no longer tied to a single screen or format. Drawing on examples from Taiwan, Japan, and the UK, the presentation explores how viewing practices differ across cultural and technological contexts. It highlights the need to rethink television not just as a medium, but as a flexible and evolving experience shaped by global platforms and local conditions.
