Under a canopy of stars and a gentle evening breeze,
allow the body, mind, and breath to unfold naturally.
Sit or lie down with ease, and invite your senses to drift—
entering a “soundwave garden” where healing music blooms.
A Slow-Time Sound Healing Night, presented by the nature-inspired, cross-disciplinary sound healing ensemble Oneness (Sylvia Hsu × Atisha Chen), draws upon handpans, guzheng, singing bowls, crystal harps, shamanic drums, and other cross-cultural healing instruments to resonate into being a healing garden woven from sound waves, frequencies, and rhythmic movement.
Within musical themes inspired by the four elements—earth, water, fire, and wind—
perception gently shifts, aligning with the life rhythms of plants:
absorbing sunlight, air, and water,
quietly transforming them, and then sharing their energy and beauty with all beings.
This is the soul's journey guided by the Tree of Life:
rising from the roots, toward the place where branches meet the stars.
Within the resonant field of the sound garden,
soundwaves cleanse the body and mind,
reconnecting us with nature through a spiritual, tactile presence,
and returning us to a primordial state of calm and harmony.
