我們邀請 Hélène Tigroudja 教授，她是法國艾克斯-馬賽大學的教授，同時擔任新加坡國立大學國際法中心（CIL-NUS）客座教授。自2019年起，Tigroudja 教授一直以聯合國人權事務委員會獨立專家的身分，負責監督《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》（ICCPR）的執行情況，並於 2025 年當選為聯合國人權事務委員會副主席。

本次特別邀請她來介紹其新書《International Human Rights Law – A Treatise》。該書全面而系統性地探討國際人權法的理論基礎、制度框架與實踐挑戰，為學生、研究人員與實務工作者提供獨到且深刻的學術見解與實務指引。

活動將以英文進行，歡迎關心國際人權法的師生共同參與，共同探討國際人權法的最新發展與全球實踐趨勢。

We have invited Prof. Dr. Hélène Tigroudja is Professor at Aix-Marseille University (France) and Visiting Professor of Public International Law at CIL - NUS (Singapore). Since 2019, she has served as an Independent Expert of the United Nations Human Rights Committee in charge of the supervision of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. In 2025, she was elected Vice-Chair of the UN Human Rights Committee.

We were especially invited to introduce her new book, "International Human Rights Law – A Treatise." This book comprehensively and systematically explores the theoretical foundations, institutional framework, and practical challenges of international human rights law, providing students, researchers, and practitioners with unique and insightful academic perspectives and practical guidance.

We welcome faculty and students interested in international human rights law to participate and discuss the latest developments and global trends in international human rights law.

This event will be conducted in English, and meal boxes will be provided.
