Flash Course系列專題活動均為由學生發起需求，針對時下國際議題即時組成專家學者座談、讓同學們有機會透過不同角度了解時事並進行多元角度之分析。而公共論壇則是將話語權交給學生及參與群眾，藉由Flash Course 的平台相互討論。

Flash course is a series of seminars and public forums. Seminars would include a group of experts who are invited to give a talk related to current issues to help our students improve the knowledge about the world agenda. Whereas public forums allow students to engage with each other and discuss on the chosen topic.
